Leonardo da Vinci's famous picture "La Gioeonda," popularly known us the -Mona Lisa, which was recently recovered in the house ol* a man named Perugia, has been handed over to the French Embassy, after being inspected by the King.
A painter named Vancellatti has been arrested in Paris on a charge of being an accomplice oi' Perugia in the theft of the Mona Lisa.
THREE ARRESTS MADE. ACCOMPLICES OF PERUGIA. (Received ! 1.30 a.m.) Paris. December 22. Two brothers named Lancelotti and a woman were arrested as Perugia's accomplices.
