Graf Karl Sturgkn, President of the Council, in the lteichsrath, sharply rebuked Lavislas von Dlugosz, Minister for Galicia, for divulging official secrets and for stating that Stapinski, leader ol the Polisli .Nationalists, had received .£'3ooo from the Secret Service fund to buy off the opposition of his newspaper to the Government on the eve of an election. The revelations are the outcome of a quarrel between Dlugosz and Stapsinski.
An unfavorable impression has been aroused by Sturgkh's admission that the press was brnied. The resignation of Dlugosz has been demanded.
