TO (pLOSE OX MONDAY. Acceptances for events on the first day of' the Stratford'Racing Club's meeting on January Ist and 2nd and entries for the Borough Stakes, Farmers’ Plate and Cardiff Stakes close with the secretary, Mr A. Coleman, at Ids office at 9 o’clock on Monday 'night. Over £I6OO is given in stakes, the appointments on the course are up-to-date, and excellent train arrangements have been made, so that, given line weather and good acceptances, the 1911 meeting should he as popular with the public and as gratifying to the Club as any of its predecessors.
