THE NATURALISATION BILL. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.! London, December 18. Mr Herbert Samuel, PostmasterGeneral, speaking at an Empire League meeting, said that the Naturalisation Bill to he presented to Parliament during the coming session would nrovide that citizens of any place in the British Empire would he recognised as such everywhere.
