Estimates of the purchase price of the Covent Garden Estate range from five to ten millions.The . estate M includes twenty-six streets, in which are the Weldorf Hotel, Aldwych, Strand, and Drury Lane Theatres, and Bow Street Police Court. Dceley previously purchased the site of St. George’s Hospital for half a l 'million, Picadilly Hotel for half a million, and St.’ James’s Court flats for a quarter of a million.
