DEPARTMENTAL REPORT. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyrightj Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables. (Received 8 a.m.) London, December 10. A departmental committee, reporting on the precautions necessary in the use of celluloid, considers that the dangers arising from the films are exaggerated, but that the existing methods of storage are not satisfactory. The committee recommends the systematic supervision of film stores and urges that the sale of toy films to children'be prohibited.
