In the Assembly, Mr Watt, the exPremier, with the unanimous support of the Liberals, carried an amendment refusing the new* Labor Ministry an adjournment until January 0. He then gave notice of a motion of want of confidence in the Elmslie Ministry for to-morrow, whereon the House adjourned. Mr Ehnslie's defeat and a request from him for a dissolution are anticipated.
