I The Times’ Mexican correspondent tells appalling tales of the wreck and ruin caused by the civil war. Ho says that only a tenth part of the truth has been told.
When General Villa arrives at Terriou unauthorised regular pillaging will be immediately stopped, because Villa is a stickler for orderly and decent plundering.
