The new Ministry is as follows: Mr Elmslie, Premier and Treasurer; Mr Brendergast, Chief Secretary; Mr Lemmon. Minister of Education and Labor; Mr Plain, Minister of Lands and Agriculture; Mr Outtrim, Minister of Mines; Mr Bilson, Minister of Railways; Mr Evans, Attorney-Gen-eral and Minister of Health; Mr McLellan, Minister of Works. The last-named two Ministers " are Legislative Councillors. The honorary Ministers are Messrs 1). Smith, M. Hannah, J. Jones and W. Fielding.
