MOTOR CUSTOMS CASE.

In the motor customs frauds case, Kaufman, representing Fitzgerald, Stokes and Co., shipping agents, gave evidence that they cleared through the customs a number of cars for defendants.
Mr Bodkin, K.C., during a long cross-examination, suggested that numerous changes in the Australian Act made clearing the customs very complicated.
