WELSH MINERS ON STRIKE.

London, December 5. Twenty thousand miners in Wales are idle as a result of the strike. After Mr J. H. Thomas, M.P., had addressed a meeting of the Llanelly engine-drivers, Reynolds James, who commenced the strike, signed an expression of regret, which was forward ed to the railway company.
