A HUGE RECLAMATION.
PARLIAMENT'S SCHEME. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! [Uniteo Press Association.] The Hague, December 5. - (Received 8 a.m.) The Dutch Parliament will shortly 'consider a scheme for reclaiming BLS square miles of the Zuyder Zee and converting the remaining 557 square miles into a fresh water lake. The cost will amount to fifteen million and three quarters, exclusive ci interest, and the scheme will take 33 years. It is believed a portion will be available for .settlement in seven years.
