THE SERBQ-BULCARIAN TREATY
KINC FERDINAND'S POSITION. [£t Electric Telegraph—Copyright] XUnitbd PeEBB Association.] (Received 9.15 a.m.) Vienna, November 28. King Ferdinand has left for Sofia. A high Bulgarian personage declares that the Bulgarian Government forced Kihg Ferdinand to sign a secret SerboUulgarian treaty. King Ferdinand hesitated long, and when be signed he exclaimed: "God preserve Bulgaria 1;-om the consequences."
The personage added: All the misunderstandings between King Ferdinand and the Emperor Franz Joseph, arising out of the publication of the treaty, have now been cleared up.
