THE FEDERALS RETREAT. [By Electric Telegraph— CopyrightJ [United Press Association.] New York, November 20. It is reported from El Paso that the Mexican Federals retreated. Many fell into the hande of the rebels, and were executed without the semblance of a trial. Only two officers Have been captured since the Constitutionalists began fighting. They spared one. the son of a rebel officer, who pleaded to I the rebel general to spare the lad's life. ,The other was forcibly impressed into the Federal service.
