MINERS’ EIGHT-HOUR DAY.
NEW FRENCH LAW. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 10.25 a.m.) Paris, November 21. The Chamber of Deputies Imp. passed a law fixing an eight-hour day for miners. Optional overtime is not to exceed 60 boors yearly, compa.rod wit i i lie ’Senate’s provision for 150 Hour,;’ overtime. Most of the strikers have resumed.
