Odhams were fined £SO and costs for printing sweepstake booklets and failing to place therv name thereon. Tlie prosecutor stated that defendants were liable to £187,000. London was flooded with lottery circulars. The sweeps were promoted in Switzerland and the majority were fraudulent.
