Prior to accused’s confession, an official entrusted with espionage mat-
ter paid Henczschel for the infornation, implicating herself and Par•ott. Hentzschel wrongly understood ic was promised protection if he conessed.
The prosecution reserved the right o prosecute if the confession is publicy repeated.
