HUERTA’S OV>7?THROW. DEMANDED. [By Electric Telegraph —Dopy right 1 [United Press Association.] Mexico City, November 15. The Senate failed to meet, the Catholic Party abstaining from attending', a quorum consequently being lacking. General Carranza, the Constitutionalist leader, is now treating with the United States for the- lifting of the embargo on the importation of munitions of war. General Carranza swears that nothing less than the complete overthrow of Huerta will satisfy his party. The Chamber of Deputies met despite the Senate’s failure, transacted routine business, and adjourned.
