Austria and Italy have accepted the proposal of the British Commissioner to delimit Southern Albania.
According to a diplomat writing to the Daily Telegraph, Russia has decreed that King Ferdinand, ol Bulgaria, must abdicate owing to bis rapprochements with Austria during the Balkan crisis.
