A SUCCESSFUL CONCERT.

A highly successful concert was hold

at 'tin- York Road School on Friday evening, tile building being packed. Supper and dancing followed the concert. The programme was as follows. Overture, piano and violin duet, Mr and Mrs Volzke; recitation, “Fairy Tales,” children; song, “Come Little Lady,” girls; song, “We’d Better Bide a Wee,” Miss 1 Fatp; recitation, “Mice and the Cheese,” children; song, Mrs Volzko; “Colour Song,” children; recitation, “The Fairies,” Miss R. Wolfe; Song, Mr Rudkin; song, Mrs Alhertsen ; recitation, “It’s no’Joke,” girls ; song, “The Flower’s "Lullaby,” 'Mrs F.
