EITOTRIO TELEGRAPH--COPYRIGHT, [U JTED PliEoS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 9.15 a.m.) Mr Alan Ostler, corCrspondont of the Daily Express, writes that since the withdrawal oi support to the friendly natives in Somaliland, tfie atrocities there have been equal to those in Congo. The Colonial Office, he says, is see king to suppress the facts. The formation of a camel corps was largely the outcome of these borons. The Native quarter in Berbera in July of last year was tilled with starving and mutilated friendlies. Some trailed themselves on their hands owing to their feet having been lopped olf.
