Massed picketing by strikers in Dublin was ah utter failure, not a single worker being deterred from following his employment. Free laborers returning to ' their lodgings were followed by a crowd, and stones were thrown. A police escort was compelled to use batons to get the free laborers through. (Received 10.60 a.m.) London. November 11. The Dublin strikers .abandoned the policy of massed pickets at various factories owing to the strikers' inadequate response.
