CONCENTRATING ATTENTION. [ By Electric Telegraph—Copyright} [United Press Association.] (Received 10.55 a.m.) London, November 6. Mr Bonar Law, in a message to Sir Edward Carson, says : "The question overshadowing all others is whether Ulster is to lie dragooned by British troops without the consent of the .British people. While your opponents imitate Munchausen in tales about the land, you tell the truth about Ireland."
