WHITE SLAVE TRAFFIC.
XOX-EXISTEXT IX SYDNEY. (Received 5.30 a.m.) Sydney, November 8. Police Superintendent Goulder. as the result of extended inquiries, reports that the white slave traffic is non-existent in Sydney. He attributes it to freedom through our insular position, and the nonrecognition of persons with loose morals. But the time is changing, and the distance is decreasing, ho says, and he the adoption of precautionary measures.
