KILLED.BY A FALL OF TIMBER. [Per Press Association.] Marten, November 5. William Brandt, aged about 40, was working cutting a drain between two small stacks of timber, when the timber ,fell, pinning him. He was extricated almost immediately and received medical attention, but expired twenty minutes later from serious internal injuries and there'is a probability that his skull was cracked. He leaves a widow and a young family.
