Mr Craig, M.P. for Down, announced that the Ulster volunteers number 88,000. THE NATIONALISTS' ATTIUTDE. London, November 1. Mr Joseph Devlin, Nationalist M.P. for Belfast, speaking at Keighley, said that the Nationalists would refuse Home Rule if Ulster or any other part 'of it were divorced from the rest of 1 Ireland.
