DROWNED IN A DITCH. y ■ >: ■■ [Per Press Association.] Invercargill, October 31. Henderson James Clinch, aged eight years, was accidentally drowned at ' Cehtre Bush yesterday. He was missed from home, and after a long search ,l his body was discovered this morning iri a deep ditch which contained sft ' Of flood water. A man named William Gillettly was drowned in a creek near Whakatane through a cart capsizing and falling on top of him.
