Rhbd'e ; s, Minister of Public Health, has decided that'the restrictions on natives, travelling in the Waikato, Thames, Coromand' 1, Waihi and Bay of Plenty districts are to be lifeted entirely, but natives tvinnot travel without permit. In the rest.' of' the Auckland health district the restrictions are lifted, but no travelling is to be allowed ori 'trains or steamers without permits. ~ V
