A CORRECTION.
[To The Editor Stratford Post.] Sir, —In your issue of-Friday last, a local appears dealing with a case brought 1 by the Truant Inspector, whf 'in his evidence stated that "The Com mittee had held an enquiry into the matter and had exonerated the teacher of the school." Now, sir, such ;: statement is liable to create a false impression, as it has not been author ised by the executive of the Committee. My complaint not having beer brought before them, therefore, no such resolution could be passed. The inspector was evidently led astray ,'the meeting held at the request of another parent to inquire into the conduct of the teacher. I would be much obliged if you could find space for the above in your next isisue. Thanking you for valuable space.—l am, etc., A. J. SPENCE. ' Pohokura, October 27, 1913.
