Tl*e Full Court refused the application of Arthur Daniel Lynch, solicitor, for admission as a barrister under the provisions of Law Practitioners’ Act, 1908, as having been in active practice as a solicitor for five years. A majority of the Court held that a solicitor acting as clerk to a firm of solicitors was not in active practice as a solicitor.
