[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright J , [United Press iAbsooiation.] (Received 10.50 a.m.) London, October 27. There have been nine railway accidents this year, mostly duo to errors in .signalling. Six companies are involved. Some persons attribute the accidents to a new control system now in general operation.
