SUPPOSEfi(SUICIDE. [Per Press Association.] Htintly, October 21. Mable Gillander, 22, of j Ngaruawahia, employed at the Dental Rooms, 1 Cambridge, left a note on Wednesday [ stating that she intended to commit suicide. Her hat was found in the ' river to-day. A SEAMAN'S DEATH. Wellington, October 24. In connection with the disappearance of the seaman; John Mehhnie, from the Monowai, on the 16th, during the voyage from Lyttelfcon to Wellington, a verdict was returned of ''drowned, there not being sufficient evidence, to show how he went overboard." r ' • • DETERMINED SUICIDE. Dannevirke, October 24 ! . James Hutton, farmer, at Whetukura, single, was found this morning outside his whare with his brains blown out. Indications point to suicide.
