THE NEED FOR CAUTION.

Mr Hobhouse, Liberal M.P. for Bristol East, speaking at Bristol, said he was sanguine of a rapprochement on Home Rule. If the opportunities for peace were neglected, it would be disastrous, but equally disastrous if they yielded to violence.
