It is officially staled that the Government does not admit that the Austrian ultimatum was justified, and inquires if Austria guarantees Servia against Albanian inroads. Germany has not sent an ultimatum but gives Support to Austria, Italy acting similarly. SERVIA WITHDRAWS IMMEDIATELY. (Received 12.10 p.m.) Lonlon, October 20. Reuter states that Servia has notified the Powers of the immediate Withdrawal of troops from Albania.
