BOROUGH BY-LAWS.
[To The Editor Stratfobd Post.]
Sir, —Owing to the absence from town of my father, I feel it incumbent on me to give "Curious" the information he desires in your issue of yesterday. It is not the present Councillor Masters who obtained permission, when on the Borough Council, to build additions to Masters and Son's store without a brick wall. \v*hen Masters and Son made additions to their store, the by-laws wore complied with in every respect, and a brick wall the full length of the building was erected, and, as a matetr of fact, carried around the back of the building to the extent of 4 feet. If "Curious" is still curious, I will be pleased to show him over the building and point out the brick wall that was erected. It must be another Councillor Masters thai: "Curious" is referring to.— I am, etc., ROBERT MASTERS, Stratford, Oclober 17, 1913.
