THE BLACKPOOL CASE.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Melbourne, October 14. Another stage has been reached in the racing litigation known as the Blackpool Case. Meyer appealed to the Hight Court, and the latter varied the Victoria Racing Club’s order by granting an injunction restraining the C lub from excluding Meyer from membership, but the twelve months’ disqualification imposed by the Club was affirmed.
