The latest ladies’ hairdressing consists of a chignon built in puddingbasin shape, sloping to the back from the top of the head. The hair is lightly lifted off the forehead and waved backwards, the chignon at the back o' the head being set well forward. N' parting of the hair is visible. The style is most suitable for evening wear.
