WELCOME CELEBRATIONS.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Sydney, October 10. The citizens of Sydney have presented a silver bell and a shield to the cruiser Sydney. Fifteen hundred children from all parts of the country visited the fleet. Ninety per cent, has never been Sydney before or seen a ship. Th illuminations during the week were reviewed by great crowds.
