Mr McKenna, speaking at Ponty pool, declared that to grant a confer ence meant pointless procrastinatiol when one party only advanced direc negative proposals. Sir E. Carso wanted a privileged minority to di( tato the/laws of his country. The G< vernment was not going to submit t minority rule or anarchy.
