Viscount Gladstone is visiting Rhodesia to prepare for the Imperial Parliament a report on the administrative system and also on the farmers’ allegation that a Chartered Company is soiling Outgo blocks at nominal prices to syndicates in which it is interested, while charging would-he settlers seven hundred per cent, higher.
