Mackenzie, the AgenterGeneral, the butter committee representatives of the Irish and Scottish Agricultural Organisation Societies, the British Dairy Farmers’ Association, and the National Dairy Association Of New Zealand to confer regarding margarine, especially the proposals with reference to the prohibition of colouring, requiring shopkeeper's to have separate compartments or counters for its sale, and increasing the penalties ' for selling margarine as butter;
