HEATH OF MEDICAL STUDENT.

[Per Press iAssociation.] Dunedin, September 29

Rutherford Nicliol, a fifth year medical student, was injured on Saturday afternoon at Knox College, a fall of clay fracturing his pelvis, and lie died in the hospital last night after an operation. Deceased and other students were engaged preparing a ground for a fives court, when a face of earth collapsed. Nicliol was generally regarded as a brilliant student, promising a distinguished career He was a son of the Rev. W. Nicliol. of Hampden, and was aged 23.
