THE BULGARIAN TREATY.

The Porte has informed Greece that peace negotiations will Ijo renewed as soon as the Bulgarian Treaty is signed. The deadlock includes the question of the restitution of Chios and Myteleno.
THE MONTENEGRINS’ LOSSES.
