FRESH TROUBLE ARISING. I [tr Electric Telegraph—Copyright] j [United Press Association.] i London; September 26. It is reported that Turkey has hurriedly summoned her reservists in Asia Minor. Many disguised officers and soldiers are advancing from Western Thrace, which adjoins the territory conquered by the Servians and Greeks. Vienna, September 26. Servia is raising a force of 60,000 to subjugate the Albanian raiders. The latter have occupied several Servian frontier towns. Hard fighting is reported at Gusinje| and Tu/.i, and an advance is being; mode by the Albanians on (Jettinje. j Montenegro now contemplates a| punitive expedition to tho heart of j Albania. The concensus of opinion in diplomatic circles is that unless Europe is prepared to countenance a collapse of its own work, active intervention is imperative. [t is rumored that Italy has urged the Powers to send an international force to Albania to.prevent an insurrection in tlie Alhano-Servia districts.
