NOXIOUS WEEDS.
[To The Editor Stratford Post.] Sir,-—Re the County Council's report in your Thursday's issue, I have pome to the conclusion that that august liocly doos not understand the gravity of tliQ situation—that of noxious weeds. Evidently, they are not phytoloiijsts. Buttercups arc no use as food ["or cows. They contain neither fat cor casein, they neutralize the protein and cause a low test. Of course, :\ cow would milk if she wore fed wholly on buttercups, hut as there is no fat in that commodity, any fat that she does eive must conic off the system. I am, etc., T. CTTHBERT. 22-9-13
