[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (.United Press Association.J (Received 12.20 p.m.) London, September 22. At the hearing of the charge of fraud against members of Tozer's firm

and others engaged m the motor trade, which was resumed to-day. Houghton, formerly in the employment of Tozer's firm, proved that a letter was written at Idle's order instructing the manufacturers re the low invoice. Neale gave evidence that the Cle-ment-Talbot firm wrote to Tozers that it was very injudicious to supply secondhand invoices for customs purposes. Neale added that prior to 1907 the customs in Sydney did not check invoices by catalogue. Cross-examined, he admitted that Tozers discussed with the High Commissioner's Department the method of invoicing in October, 1910.
