o The Government Meteorologist (Mr Pemberton) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, but it will be dull and overcast at times. Barometer unsteady.
