Macalister of Counsel for Plaintiff Corporation IT IS ORDERED that service of the above-named Defendant Edward Healy of the summons in this action may be effected pursuant to Section 68 of-‘‘The Rating Act, 1908” by the insertion of advertisements containing a copy of the same together with a short description of the lands affected, a Memorandum of the rates due and sued for in this action and a note that a copy of the summons and this order are deposited in the Magistrate’s Court at Stratford in the “Stratford Evening Post” of the 20th September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and that a copy of the aforesaid Summons be affixed to the lands aforesaid on or before the 25th day of September, 1913, AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the Summons in this action and a, copy of this order do lie in the Magistrate’s Court at Stratford until the date of hearing and that the costs of this order and the advertisement be costs in the action.
