TROUBLE IN ALBANIA.
ESSAD PASHA’S REBELLION. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association, i Vienna, September 19. Advices from Vaiona state that Ess ad Pasha organised a rebellion against the Albanian Government. Ha seized the State treasure, establishing a rival Government at Uurazzo. The chief officials have joined Essad. (.Received 10.20 a.m.) Salonika, September 19. Albanian brigands are extensively depredating Christians. The provisional Government, instead of protecting them, appointed notorious exbrigauds as chiefs of the public security gendarmerie.
Catholic Malissoris at Durazzr. threaten to depose/the Government and proclaim a democratic Government.
