THE INSURANCE ACT.
NOT UP TO EXPECTATIONS
[By Electric Telegraph-—Copyright; [United Press Association.] (Received 11.45 a.m.) London, September 18. Mr Warren,' presiding at a conference of friendly societies, said the Insurance Act was contrary to expectations, and had not afforded them financial relief.
Several speakers predicted that the medical service would be inefficient until again under the friendly socieies' charge.
